its role in wound and tissue repair.In her book Feed Your Face, Dr Jessica Wu Noted that people who suffer skin
problems such as acne and azema tend to have low concentrations of zinc in
their bloodstream.Becauce excessive zinc intake can be toxic,it is best to
obtain your required 8mg of zinc a day through food rather than through supplements.
EAT:More oysters,lean red meat such as beef or lamb,and
poultry at least twice a week.Vegetarians can fulfill their required daily
intake of zinc by eating lentils,pumpkin seeds and walnuts.
